Deer Run Forest Preserve Interesting Information- There are some prairie restoration areas here. - - Location Cherry Valley Size 593 acres TerrainAlong Kishwaukee River, alot of prairie and some forest. Trails 9 miles Links W.C.F.P.D. Site Further Insights Deer Run actually connects to Oak Ridge through the trails. The path does cross the river at one point, I think they are used alot as equestrian trails.
